Preparations are underway to introduce the same ranks and the same incentives in all civil armed forces of the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
Sources told the 24NewsHD TV channel that there was a plan to introduce the same service structure in all civil armed forces, including the Rangers and the FC, following which there would be the same ranks, salaries and allowances in these forces.
In this connection, they informed, a civil armed forces committee, headed by the minister of state for interior, had been constituted, while the secretary interior had been appointed as its co-chairman.
Among its members, sources added, were an additional secretary interior and representatives of the finance ministry and the Establishment Division.
They further said that the joint secretary interior was appointed as the committee secretary.
Representatives of all civil armed forces had been given representation in the committee, sources said.
