The Federal Constitutional Court (FCC), while deciding the election petition of Balochistan Assembly constituency PB-21, on Wednesday declared Saleh Bhotani of Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) as the winner, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Aminuddin had reserved the verdict on January 29.
The recount was ordered on the petition of PPP candidate Ali Hassan Zehri.
Saleh Bhotani had challenged the decision of the Election Commission.
