300 goats were dead, and five people received critical injuries when a trailer carrying goats was overturned in Nawabshah, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
Motorway Police said that the incident took place at Toll Plaza Qazi Ahmad, located near Nawabshah. The trailer was coming from Hyderabad to Punjab.
Soon after receiving the report, Motorway Police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital (THQ) in Qazi Ahmad.
Earlier on January 3, 2026, three people, including a woman, were killed, and two others received serious injuries in a tragic road accident in Nawabshah.
According to details, the accident occurred near the Bachri Chowrangi area of Nawabshah, where two cars collided head-on, killing three people on the spot and critically injuring two children.
The dead people were later identified as Kashif Araian, Tahir Araian, and Anum Araian, and the injured children are Ahmad and Azlan.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and shifted the dead and injured to People’s Medical Hospital.
