A man and a woman were killed after the car they were travelling in collided with a dumper in Karachi on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Later, the police arrested the driver of the dumper.
The incident took place near Salim Central in North Karachi.
SSP Central Zeeshan Shafiq said that a woman and two children were also injured in the accident.
He informed that the deceased woman had been identified as 50-year-old Nasreen wife of Nawaz, while the deceased man had been identified as 56-year-old Muhammad Rafiq son of Muhammad Ali.
He elaborated that 30-year-old Sidra, wife of Farhan, 10-year-old Iman, daughter of Farhan, and seven-year-old Ahmad, son of Farhan, were those who were injured.
