New details have emerged in the alleged kidnapping and rape case involving two foreign women after the contents of the statement of the second victim, identified as Stephanie Andriana, recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, came to light.
According to the statement, Stephanie told the court that Raza Dar had been a business partner of the two women since October 2025 and had invited them to Pakistan after arranging their visas. She said the purpose of their visit was to bring a new investor into their company.
The complainant stated that they arrived in Islamabad on June 26, where Raza Dar received them at their hotel. The following day, he took them to Nathia Gali, while on June 28 he introduced them to prospective investors. On June 29, he brought them to Lahore and took them to the house of one of his relatives, where his aunt's birthday was reportedly being celebrated. She said Raza Dar had purchased a cake bearing the words, "Happy Birthday Aunt Shamim."
According to the victim, while they were waiting inside the house, four armed men entered, tied them up with ropes, shouted at them and subjected them to physical torture. She alleged that although Raza Dar also appeared to be under pressure, the armed men initially demanded $200,000, later increasing the ransom demand to $700,000 and eventually $2 million.
Stephanie stated that when she told the kidnappers she did not have the money, they threatened to beat her and sell her body organs if the ransom was not paid. She alleged that she and the other victim were held in separate rooms overnight while being tortured.
She claimed that Raza Dar and others repeatedly contacted an individual they referred to as "boss" during the ordeal. According to her statement, the kidnappers forced both women to send voice messages to their family members demanding money.
The victim said her family had previously agreed on a secret code word to indicate distress. She managed to include that code word in voice notes sent to her parents and friends, prompting her family to immediately alert law enforcement authorities.
Stephanie alleged that $17,000 was transferred from her phone to a cryptocurrency wallet controlled by Raza Dar and his alleged associate. She also claimed the kidnappers contacted her mother on July 1.
In one of the most serious allegations, Stephanie told the court that one of the captors attempted to rape her but stopped after she told him she was a virgin.
She said the kidnappers gradually became less suspicious and untied her hands. On July 1, while Raza Dar and the alleged "boss" were away from the house, the captors allowed the women to walk around and later told them they would be released that evening.
According to her statement, the kidnappers made video calls to an unidentified person, showing the victims while laughing. Later that evening, Raza Dar allegedly returned and told them that all the money had been handed over to the "boss" and that they were free to leave.
Stephanie said the kidnappers returned some of their belongings but kept their electronic devices and jewellery. She also recalled that two of the suspects appeared to be approximately 46 and 36 years old. Before releasing them, the kidnappers allegedly warned them not to mention the missing valuables to Raza Dar or the "boss."
The victim said Raza Dar returned her mobile phone, allowing her to contact her mother, who instructed them to go directly to the airport. However, she alleged that although Raza Dar claimed he was taking them there, his mobile phone location suggested otherwise.
She alleged that Raza Dar repeatedly contacted someone he addressed as "Boss" and shared their live location while driving unusually slowly. During the journey, their vehicle collided with another car, after which she and the second victim escaped by jumping out and running into a nearby mechanic's workshop.
According to the statement, a traffic police officer initially arrived and took them into custody, but they remained fearful and jumped out when the police vehicle stopped. Shortly afterwards, another police team arrived, showed them evidence that they were investigating the same case, and a female police officer reassured the women before shifting them safely to a police station.
The allegations contained in the victim's statement are part of the ongoing investigation. Law enforcement authorities are continuing their probe into the case, and the accused will have the opportunity to respond to the allegations during the legal proceedings.
