Pakistan Mini Mazda Association announced to hold protest demonstration on Monday against the massive increase in transfer fee, token tax and toll tax, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to details, the transporters rejected the hefty raise and announced to hold protest at Babu Sabu Interchange in Lahore.
It is necessary to mention here that vehicle’s transfer fee is increased from Rs4,000 to Rs27,000, token tax from Rs2,000 to Rs6,000 and toll tax from Rs350 to Rs650.
Pakistan Mini Mazda Association President Tanveer Ahmad Jutt said that during the demonstration they will also unveil their next line of action.
He warned that if the government did not accept their demands then their protest will be expanded.
