Pakistani gorgeous actress Durefishan Saleem, during her latest appearance with journalist Amna Haider Isani for ‘Something Haute Magazine called out problematic loopholes of her second mega hit drama serial Kaisi Tere Khudgarzi.
Durefishan admitted that the script was not very strong while pointing out some elements that made the whole storyline a bit weak and controversial.
The actress said that the major reason for signing the drama Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi was the positive message portraying a man, despite being angry and aggressive, evolving on his own, not being "fixed" or changed by the woman.
However, she expressed disappointment that the concept shifted during the project's execution. Durefishan herself resonates with the idea that true change in a man can only come from within; no woman, no matter how loving or strong, can change a man.
The story of the drama serial Kaisi tere Khudgarzi revolves around a guy, Shamsher (played by Danish Taimoor), son of a wealthy businessman, who forcefully marries a poor girl, Mehak, played by Durefishan Saleem.
In the discussion session at the show, the host asked Durefishan Saleem about her working experience with actor Bilal Abbas Khan and how she reacted and felt about fans shipping them together.
“There was a great comfort and ease between us, and we used to laugh so much during the scenes because we burst into laughter so easily,” said the female star.
