Pending cases in Constitutional Court rise to over 22,00

The number of pending cases in the Federal Constitutional Court has reached 22,632, according to official figures. 

According to details, 21,886 cases were transferred from the Supreme Court to the Constitutional Court in November 2025.

Since then, 4,467 new cases have been registered. The Constitutional Court has disposed of 5,052 cases since its establishment.

Official data showed that 681 new cases were filed in February this year, while 319 cases were disposed of. 

In March, 420 cases were filed and 397 were disposed of.

In April, 775 new cases were registered and 747 were disposed of.

In May, the court received 662 new cases while disposing of 839 cases.

In June, 697 new cases were registered, while the Constitutional Court disposed of 478 cases.
