Four sanitation workers lost their lives due to electrocution while cleaning a manhole in Bahawalpur on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The incident took place in Chak No. 88-DB Nawabwali in the Yazman area. The incident occurred while operating a motor in the turbine room.
All the sanitation workers became unconscious after the electrocution. They were shifted to the hospital but later declared dead by doctors.
The dead persons also include two brothers who were later identified as Qamar and Amir, who belonged to the Warriach clan.
