The Patriata Chairlift will remain closed for tourists from March 6 due to annual maintenance, according to the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP).
Officials said the chairlift will stay closed from the 16th of Ramadan until the first day of Eid-ul-Fitr.
The TDCP has advised tourists planning to visit Patriata (New Murree) to note that the chairlift facility will not be available during this period.
According to the corporation, the chairlift will be reopened for visitors from the second day of Eid-ul-Fitr after the completion of maintenance work.
