The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday ordered the Industries and Labour Department director to decide on the registration of Al-Qadir University Project Trust under the Charity Act within two weeks, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
IHC judge Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the case.
“Why are you afraid to do what you have to do?” Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb inquired the public prosecutor.
“Tell if you do not want registration and also write the name of the person who is keeping you from this,” he said to the public prosecutor.
The court then adjourned the hearing of the case for two weeks.
