204 people were killed in street crimes in different areas of Lahore during the first 7 months of 2025, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel.
5 cases of murder during robbery cases and there were 414 cases of attempted murder registered. According to the police records, 3 cases of murder in robbery resistance occurred in the Saddar division, and 2 people were killed by robbers when they tried to resist the robbery in the City division.
In murder cases, Model Town Division was on top with 45 cases, second was the Saddar Division with 44 cases and third was the Cantt Division with 39 cases. In the City Division, 32 people were killed, while in Civil Lines and Iqbal Town, 22 people were killed in each area.
The incidents of attempted murder, the Cantt Division with 120 registered cases, were the most, second was the Model Town Division with 82 incidents and the City Division with 76 cases was third.
Further, 72 cases were reported in the Saddar Division, 38 cases were reported in the Iqbal Town Division and 26 cases were reported in the Civil Lines Division in the last 7 months.
