Anti Corruption Establishment has arrested four people, including a former medical superintendent (MS) of Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, during an operation in Sialkot, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
According to the Anti-Corruption Establishment, the suspects are accused of recruiting bogus doctors using fake documents and tampering with official government records.
The arrested suspects include former MS Sohail Anjum Butt, MS Sardar Begum Hospital Dr Fateh and a former computer operator.
The complainant also alleged financial irregularities in the case. An FIR No. 81/2025 has been registered against the accused under various sections.
Anti-Corruption officials said the suspects were taken into custody for further legal action.
CO Anti Corruption Rana Mubashir said the case would be investigated transparently and all legal requirements would be fulfilled.
