Islamabad Transport Authority (ITA) has decided to increase vehicle emission testing and M-Tag installation date for one week, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
In this regard, inter-city, inter-district and inter-provincial transport have been given 7-day ultimatum.
The authorities warned that if M-tag and vehicle emission testing is not done within 7 days, NOC of bus stand will be canceled.
Islamabad Transport Authority issues orders to all bus terminals.
Bus stands will be required to submit inspection and M-tag reports on a daily basis otherwise strict legal action will be taken in case of violation.
