A Punjab Police constable won accolades as he qualified for admission in medical college for MBBS, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to Punjab Police spokesperson, Inspector General of Police (IG) Punjab Dr Usman Anwar encouraged the talented constable Shahzad Abbas and called him to the Central Police Office (CPO) and patted his back.
Constable Shahzad Abbas arrived at Central Police Office with his brother and met with IG Punjab,
IG Punjab congratulated constable Shahzad on getting admission in Punjab Medical College and expressed best wishes for a bright future.
Hardworking and talented youth like constable Shahzad are the pride of Punjab Police and a beacon for other officials, IG said.
The IG assured that department will provide all possible support to constable Shahzad in his educational career.
Constable Shahzad also met with AIG Welfare and Finance Dr. Amara Shirazi.
AIG Welfare Dr. Amara Shirazi instructed constable Shahzad to continue his education with more dedication to bring glory to the country and nation.
Constable Shahzad Abbas is posted in Police Line Layyah, spokesperson Punjab Police said.
Constable Shahzad Abbas has Scored 188 in MDCAT, overall 94.6818 percent.
