Islamabad District Court has issued non-bailable arrest warrant for former Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas in a case of alleged misuse of diplomatic passport, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
The court ordered to arrest Sardar Tanveer Ilyas and produce him in court.
Judicial Magistrate Mureed Abbas heard the case.
Sardar Tanveer Ilyas did not appear in court despite being summoned several times.
Court adjourned further hearing of the case till February 23.
FIA has registered a case against Sardar Tanveer Ilyas.
