Entertainment journalist Momin Ali Munshi has shared his candid views on Fawad Khan's career after Bollywood, in his latest interview.
Momin said the actor became "too big for Pakistan" after achieving major success in Bollywood.
He also shared his thoughts on Fawad's journey following the phenomenal success of the drama Humsafar and his move to work in the Indian film industry.

According to Momin, Fawad's career was set to reach new highs after he starred in Bollywood films such as Khoobsurat and Ae Dil Hai Mushki.
He said that had political tensions not disrupted the careers of Pakistani artists in India, Fawad would have built an even bigger profile in terms of both fame and financial success.
Momin added that returning to Pakistan presented a different challenge for the actor as the local entertainment industry operates on a much smaller scale with lower production and advertising budgets.
"I felt Fawad Khan became too big for Pakistan," he said.
He also explained that several important years passed while Fawad weighed his options, although he believed the actor made a calculated decision by not rushing back to television dramas.
According to Momin, there was no guarantee that new dramas would be hit dramas. Their failure would have damaged Fawad's reputation after his successful Bollywood career, he added.
He concluded that while the situation was unfortunate, avoiding projects that carried the risk of failure may have been a strategic decision on Fawad's part.
On the other hand, social media users shared their own thoughts on Fawad's career.
Fawad Khan rose to stardom with acclaimed Pakistani dramas including Humsafar, Zindagi Gulzar Hai and Dastaan before making a successful transition to Bollywood with films such as Khoobsurat, Kapoor & Sons and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
