Kim Kardashian enjoyed a dinner outing in Malibu with her eldest child, North, who showed off an eye-popping new hair colour.

The SKIMS founder, 44, who recently weighed in on 'momager' Kris Jenner's new youthful appearance, put on a stylish display at the hotspot Nobu as a few close pals also joined her.

The reality star was edgy in a black skirt that clung to her frame as well as a black lace tank top with a plunging neckline.

Kardashian added a loose black belt around the waistline and slipped into a pair of closed-toed, black heels.

She layered the ensemble with an oversized, black leather jacket and pulled back her dark locks into a sleek updo.

The mom-of-four opted to not add flashy pieces of jewelry to allow her outfit to be the main focal point for the evening.

A couple of days ago, a new twist surfaced in the ongoing public feud between Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, as the rapper now denies having sent a cease and desist letter accusing Kim of exploiting their four children.

TMZ reported that Kanye had filed a legal notice accusing the reality star of neglecting their eldest daughter, North, during the Met Gala and exploiting their children online. However, a spokesperson for Kanye has now told Page Six the letter was “obviously fraudulent” and the entire episode a ‘hoax.’

“TMZ didn’t even reach out for comment before running the story,” said Kanye’s rep.

“This morning, they emailed us asking if it had been a publicity stunt. No – they simply fell for a hoax.”

The original TMZ report cited a lawyer named Kathy Johnson from a mysterious firm claiming to represent Kanye’s interests in a letter addressed to Kim’s attorney, Laura Wasser.

The letter alleged Kim violated Kanye’s parental rights by leaving North unattended in a vehicle during the Met Gala, allowing North to appear on TikTok despite his objections, denying him meaningful access to their children.

However, MailOnline later uncovered that Johnson's alleged law firm – JB Law Firm, supposedly based in Palma, Spain – had no verifiable existence. The listed phone number was previously registered to a travel agency and is now disconnected.

Though Kanye and Kim have long had a tense co-parenting relationship, especially around the children’s media presence, this latest chapter underscores the chaotic and toxic nature of their ongoing battle.

In an eyebrow-raising moment, Kanye released a controversial music video for his new song "Heil Hitler (Hooligan Version)", in which he referenced his children, ex-wife Kim, and once again disturbingly praised Adolf Hitler. The video, featuring shirtless men in animal skins chanting pro-Hitler lines, was released on VE Day, marking 80 years since the end of WWII in Europe, a choice widely condemned.

In the song, Kanye raps: “They took my kids from me …  they froze my bank account … so much anger in me … they made me a Nazi.” Despite the growing controversy, Kim has stayed relatively quiet publicly.
