Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the residence of Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and inquired about his health, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
Prime Minister extends best wishes and prayed for the speedy recovery of Federal Interior Naqvi who had got injured while interacting with protesters in Islamabad last Sunday.
The meeting also discussed the internal security and overall situation of the country. Naqvi briefed the PM on the steps taken to maintain law and order. Prime Minister Sharif expressed satisfaction over the steps taken regarding internal security.
PM Shehbaz directed that no effort should be spared to protect the lives and property of the people. The Prime Minister issued clear instructions to the law enforcement agencies including the police in this regard.
Mohsin Naqvi assured the Prime Minister that he was personally monitoring the security arrangements.
