Two youths were killed, while eight others were seriously wounded in a collision between a truck and a Suzuki van in Sakhakot area of Malakand on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to sources, the incident took place early in the morning when a speeding truck rammed into Bajaur-bound van.
This, they added, resulted in the immediate deaths of Shayan and Ihtesham.
Sources informed that all those who were travelling in the van were waiters.
Soon after receiving information, rescue teams immediately reached the site of the incident and after the provision of first aid, shifted the injured to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Dargai where the condition of some of the injured was stated to be critical.
