The federal government has also waived transfer fees on motorbikes to facilitate the owners to avail the subsidy on petrol price, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The announcement was made by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi in a post uploaded on X platform on Tuesday.
The minister maintained that the waiving of transfer fee will be for a period of one month.
He wrote: “Dear citizens of Islamabad, under the Prime Minister’s public relief and subsidy initiative, transfer fees on motorbikes in Islamabad have been waived for a period of one month.”
