Airports Security Force (ASF) has recovered 3.844 kg of ice heroin soaked clothes from a passenger on a flight from Lahore Airport to Dubai.
According to ASF spokesperson, while scanning the baggage of a passenger traveling on a flight to Dubai, ASF staff declared the passenger’s carton suspicious.
During a manual search, heroin skillfully hidden in three men’s suits in the carton was recovered. Heroin was absorbed into the clothes.
The trained ASF staff took prompt and effective action and foiled the drug smuggling attempt.
After initial investigation, the accused was handed over to ANF for further legal action.
