Two BS-20 officers named for war course

Two Grade 20 officers have been nominated for the National Security and War Course 2025-26 at the National Defense University, Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

The course will last from 2025 to January 4, 202. According to a letter sent by the Establishment Division to the Rector National Defense University. 

The nominated officers include Captain (Retd) Atta Muhammad, Grade 20 Director National Police Bureau Islamabad, Police Service of Pakistan, and Miss Sheena Ali Mansoor, Grade 20 Joint Secretary and Financial Advisor (Military Finance Wing), Finance Division Islamabad, Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service. As per the Prime Minister's instructions, all ministries and departments are bound to 'relieve' the officers selected for such training courses without delay, otherwise the concerned officers may face departmental action including being neglected in promotion.

According to the Establishment Division, the course fee has been set at Rs 2,169,462 per participant. The Establishment Division will pay the fees of officers of federal ministries and divisions.

While the fees of officers of provincial governments or autonomous bodies will be paid by the concerned institutions themselves. The Establishment Division has directed the nominated officers to report to the NDU by 10 am on August 9, 2025, this month. It is mandatory to submit the necessary documents and certificates on time, otherwise participation will not be possible.
