The Supreme Court (SC) is expected to take up for hearing the presidential reference, seeking a declaration by the court that the hanging of former prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto (ZAB) was a ‘judicial murder’, next week, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Quoting its sources, the channel reported that a larger bench of the apex court, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Qazi Faez Isa, would hear the reference.
