Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has said that Customs Marine Enforcement Unit has seized 48,932 liters of smuggled diesel worth Rs 12.2 million, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
The FBR said three launches loaded with diesel intercepted near Hingol National Park in the sea. The smuggled diesel along with the boats used were seized.
The total value of the seized diesel and the three launches is Rs 42.2 million. This successful operation reflects the FBR’s commitment to curbing illegal fuel supply along the coastline.
