A youth killed a girl for rejecting marriage proposal and fled the scene here on Sunday, police said.
According to details, the incident took place in Islampura area of Lahore where accused Kashif annoyed over rejecting his marriage proposal barged into house of relative girl and opened fire at her.
As a result of firing, Sobia was killed on the spot and the culprit fled the scene of crime. The deceased girl was going to get marry on March 05.
The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem and the police after registering a case against the murderer have started raids for his arrest.
