A young girl threw acid on a boy in Kasur for refusing to marry her, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to police, the victim, Ehsan, was shifted to a hospital amid fear his vision might be affected.
According to rescue officials, the acid attack incident took place near Rangpur, Sadar police station limits. The girl who threw acid escaped from the scene with two unknown accomplices.
Ehsan is a resident of Kot Maulvi Abdul Qadir and was in relation with the girl, Rimsha.
Ehsan was shifted to Bulleh Shah Hospital for treatment as police continued the investigation.
