The school named after Mian Sharif, the father of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) chief Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, turned out to be unregistered, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Education Authority Lahore took action against Sharif Trust Education High School Jati Umra for being unregistered.
District Education Authority Lahore issued a final notice to Sharif Trust Education High School Jati Umra.
The authorities ordered Sharif Trust Education High School Jati Umra to register within three days.
In case of non-registration, action will be taken against the said school under the Punjab Private Education Ordinance 1984.
Meanwhile, Education Authority Lahore has decided to seal more unregistered private schools, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to CEO Education Tariq Mahmood, a summary has been sent to seal 213 private schools in the city.
Education Authority Lahore has recommended action to the district administration.
Earlier, 30 schools were sealed and more schools that do not implement the instructions will also be sealed.
Final warning has already been issued to 744 schools to register.
Little Scholar School System, Peak School, New Horizon School, Wisdom Grammar School, City Grammar School, Mujahid Grammar School, Tariq Public School, Khawaja Saeed Model School and The Smart School are included among the unregistered schools.
