Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Minister for Higher Education Meena Khan Afridi was offloaded at Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar while leaving for Germany, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
Meena Khan Afridi was on a visit to the University of Tubingen in Germany on behalf of the Higher Education Department.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) officials stopped Meena Khan from going abroad.
Meena Khan said despite clear orders from the Peshawar High Court, he was not allowed to travel.
