Four persons including three women who were riding a motorcycle died when a speedy car hit their motorcycle on Donga Bonga Road in Bahawalnagar on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The driver of the car escaped from the scene after the accident. The dead persons were later identified as Ghulam Qadir, Naziran Bibi, Amiran Bibi and Zulikha. All these ill-fated persons were going to Chak Kathan from Fort Abbas.
Soon after receiving the report of the accident, Rescue 1122 team reached the site and shifted the dead persons to local hospital for autopsy.
Police after registering a case started legal proceedings.
2 killed after car falls into ravine in Jhelum Valley
Two persons were dead when driver of car lost control due to over speeding and the car fell into ravine. Due to thick darkness local residents remain unaware about the accident.
Later Rescue 1122 team with the help of Pakistan Army personnel recovered the dead bodies from the ravine and shifted them to local hospital
The deceased were later identified as Saqib sonof Mohammad Ishaq and Basharat son of Jamal Din.
Further investigation was underway
