The Interior Ministry on Friday asked all "illegal foreigners" and Afghan Citizen Card holders to leave Pakistan before March 31.
The ministry has warned that those defying the order would be deported from April 1.
Pakistan has frequently blamed militant attacks and crimes on undocumented Afghan immigrants, who form the largest portion of migrants in the country. Afghanistan has rejected Pakistan's accusations so far.
The Interior Ministry has said that no foreigner will be mistreated during the repatriation process. Arrangements have been made for provision of healthcare and food to the foreigners leaving Pakistan.
