US embassy political Counsellor Zack Harkenrider called on Prime Minister’s Advisor on Political and Public Affairs, Rana Sanaullah to discuss bilateral cooperation and regional security, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
During the meeting, Rana Sanaullah emphasized the longstanding strategic partnership between Pakistan and the United States. He hailed the recent capture of a high-value terrorist wanted by Pakistan’s security agencies as a significant achievement, highlighting the country’s sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.
“Pakistan’s security personnel and citizens have made immense sacrifices, and we will never let them go in vain,” he asserted. He reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to working with the US to eliminate terrorism from the region.
The advisor also noted that Pakistan’s economy and foreign relations are stabilizing, expressing the government’s desire for stronger, people-to-people ties with the United States.
