After reports of embezzlement worth billions surfaced, affectees of the Punjab University Town Three submitted an application to the Vice-Chancellor to conduct a detailed audit of assets owned by some selected professors of the management committee, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
In their petition submitted to Vice-Chancellor Dr Mohammad Ali, the affectees pointed out that during the general body management committee meeting the members failed to answer questions of the affectees.
The affectees said that despite the passage of nine years, they were not allotted any plot, nor were they shown any map.
They demanded that the vice chancellor thoroughly conduct an audit of some selected professors of the management committee.
They also demanded to publish the report of the Town Three fact-finding committee immediately.
