Last accused Shaheer Sikandar has been indicted during the hearing of GHQ attack case in Adiala Jail on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
A total of 118 accused had already been indicted in the case and the court had also set aside the trial of absent accused Muhammad Asim.
The prosecution has been summoned to give evidence in the next hearing. The prosecution has requested for daily hearing of the case under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
The court has accepted the prosecution's request and ordered the case will be heard on a daily basis from January 13.
In the case, the court has accepted the requests of the founder of PTI to talk to children on the telephone, provide newspapers and restore TV.
The court has also accepted the request of the founder of PTI to get a medical examination by a personal doctor.
Hearing was adjourned on lawyers' request for clarification on Omar Ayub's record provision, Ajmal Sabir and Ansar Iqbal's acquittal applications.
Court approved accused Usman Dar's request for permission to travel abroad. Accused Usman Dar had sought permission to travel abroad from January 13 to February 21.
In Usman Dar's absence, Hasnain Iqbal Sumbal was appointed as his pleader.
The case was heard by Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Amjad Ali Shah in Adiala Jail.
