The federal government has decided to establish a national level challenge fund for admissions of out-of-school children, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to Federal Education Minister Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, a joint strategy will be implemented after the national level educational emergency to send children to school.
All provincial education ministers approved the National Education Emergency Action Plan.
About 1.8 million ghost children admitted through fraud have been eliminated in Punjab.
As many as 10,000 government schools have been outsourced to increase the admission rate.
In this regard, Sindh Education Minister Muhammad Ismail Rahu said the government has recruited 93,000 teachers in government schools in Sindh and upgraded the schools.
Balochistan Education Minister Raheela Hameed Durrani said 3,200 closed schools were reopened in Balochistan and 140,000 children were admitted to schools.

A National Action Plan has been prepared to address the challenge of 25 million out-of-school children, Federal Education Minister said.
Federal Secretary Education Nadeem Mehboob said the final approval of all projects will be done by the Education Emergency Task Force headed by the Prime Minister.
Decisions were made at the 38th Inter-Provincial Education Ministers Conference under the Ministry of Education.
