Kim Kardashian is reportedly sparing no expense when it comes to raising her four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West.
According to a new report by RadarOnline.com, the reality TV star and business mogul employs a team of full-time, rotating nannies—at a staggering cost—to ensure round-the-clock care for each of her children.
“Kim loves her kids more than anything,” a source told the outlet. “But between filming, running multiple businesses, studying law, and her nonstop travel schedule, she just can’t do it all.”
To manage her hectic lifestyle, Kardashian has assembled a childcare team that reportedly consists of around ten staffers, each commanding hefty salaries. “She only wants the best of the best,” the insider added. “Some of these nannies earn up to a quarter million dollars a year.”
While the annual cost reportedly runs into the millions, Kardashian views the expense as both necessary and worthwhile. “She doesn’t bat an eye at dropping a few million a year,” the source revealed. “She says it’s worth it to her to keep her kids happy and safe. And the expense more than pays for itself because it puts her mind at ease and lets her focus on bringing in twenty times what she’s putting out.”
Known for her meticulous approach to parenting and brand-building, Kardashian appears to be using her financial resources to create a support system that allows her to maintain a work-life balance, even if it comes with a luxury-level price tag.
