Chinese Club beat Islamabad Repeaters Club after a sensational competition in a Pak-China Basketball friendly match at Islamabad Sports Complex, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
According to details, Islamabad Repeaters defeated the Chinese Club by 19-16 points. Staff of the Chinese Embassy and office bearers of the Pakistan Basketball Association watched the friendly match.
A large number of Chinese nationals and Pakistan Sports Board personnel were also present on the occasion.
Earlier, Pakistan Army Whites, Army Reds, and WAPDA Blues reached the quarterfinals in the women’s category of the ongoing Pak-China Friendship Cup 3x3 Basketball Championship 2026.
The four-day event is being organised by the Federal Basketball Association (FBBA) with the support of the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB).
In the women’s category matches, Army Whites defeated WAPDA Blues 21-12, while Army Reds secured a convincing 14-6 victory over Islamabad Bulls.
