Popular Pakistani stars have lashed out at Indian celebrities for their unambiguous support and encouragement to the Indian army over their cowardly missile attacks in Pakistan, claiming the lives of innocent civilians.
Taking to her Instagram handle, actress Urwa Hocane has bashed Bollywood figures for their inhumanity and called for their complete boycott.
“Literally, no one in Pakistan has celebrated the Pahalgam attack, even we were wrongly accused of it. And they are celebrating the killing of our innocent children and women. Cowards of the highest form. Ab dafa kar dain in Indian actors ko. Pata nahi kya itni filamin kar di their inho nay k ap mer rahy hain. It’s a dead industry now with little kids who can’t even speak a few words straight. Stop watching their shitty films that never existed without a small part maligning Muslims and Pakistanis.” Urwa Hocane wrote on her Instagram story.
Actress Hina Altaf also criticized India’s megastar for publicly encouraging their army over their action in Pakistan by stating: “We condemn innocent killings both in our homeland and yours. But it is heartbreaking to see joy and celebration over the pain we are going through. All I ask is unfollow, unsubscribe, and step back from them and those who choose to live in this country but stay silent when it comes to our soil. While some voices across the border promote war, we continue to speak of peace and friendship. But it can't all be one-sided. We don’t need to connect with those who can't stand with rights even in times of grief.”
