Investment opportunities in the United States are being showcased at the SelectUSA Investment Summit, as a delegation of Pakistani business leaders took part in the annual forum, 24NewsHD TV reported on Friday.
The SelectUSA Investment Summit 2026 was held in Maryland, where companies explored investment and expansion opportunities in the American market.
According to the United States Embassy Islamabad, 16 Pakistani companies took part in the summit alongside global investors and business leaders.
The delegation attended the event from May 3 to 6 under the leadership of Charles Goodman.
The participating companies represented a range of sectors, including textiles, technology, food processing, and manufacturing.
The embassy said the companies were selected through a transparent process conducted under the United States Department of Commerce.
During the summit, Pakistani firms reviewed opportunities for expansion into the US market and expressed interest in sectors such as real estate, technology, fashion retail, food franchises, consulting, and industrial investment.
Several companies showed strong interest in establishing a presence in the American market, the statement added.
