The government on Wednesday notified a number of transfers and postings in the federal bureaucracy.
According to an official notification, Captain (retd) Muhammad Mahmood has been posted as secretary at the Housing and Works Division.
Mahmood, a Grade 21 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), was awaiting posting in the Establishment Division. His posting has been made under Section 10 of the Civil Servants Act 1973.
Deputy Secretary Aminullah Khan has been transferred from the Establishment Division to the Power Division, while the services of Deputy Secretary to Economic Affairs Division Muhammad Zubair Khan have been returned to the Establishment Division MS Wing.
Subject Specialist, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government, Najma Khan has been posted as Assistant Director, National Commission for Human Development on deputation for three years.
Additional Cantonment Executive Officer Irshad Khan has been transferred and posted section officer, Defence Division under the ML&C Department under the Defence Division.
Section Officer, Information Division, Hammad Rahim's period of appointment on deputation has been extended by two years, which will be counted from August 30 this year.
The Establishment Division has issued official notifications of the orders.
