President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday offered his condolences on the death of the mother of Sindh Home Minister Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar and Tariq Ali Solangi in Nawabshah and prayed for the forgiveness of the deceased.
While condoling with the bereaved family at Lanjar House on Tuesday, President Zardari said there was no substitute for a relationship like mother.
In his condolence message to the family of the deceased, President Zardari termed the death of Lanjar's mother an irreparable loss to his family and a great shock for their family. He said that he shares the grief and sorrow of the bereaved family in this hour of grief and sorrow.
Earlier, President Zardari arrived in Nawabshah via a special plane. He was welcomed at the airport by PPP members of the assembly and local leadership.
