A fire broke out on a passenger bus near Nankana Sahib on the Motorway M-3 section on Monday, reported the 24NewsHD channel.
Fortunately, all passengers were safely evacuated.
Motorway authorities and rescue teams received the emergency call and managed the emergency swiftly.
According to a spokesperson for the Motorways Police, the fire started due to a short-circuit in the bus.
Syed Imran Ahmed confirmed that all necessary emergency protocols were followed and traffic flow on the Motorway was restored shortly after the incident.
