The Punjab health department has suspended a doctor after the registration of a case against him for barging into Lahore’s Jinnah Hospital’s operation theater and attacking the doctors, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
Dr. Shabeer has been directed to report to the Department of Specialized Healthcare.
On the other hand, police have said that the doctor forced his entry into the hospital without first notifying the health department.
The Force has further said that there is also an allegation against the doctor that he stole goods worth over Rs10 million from the hospital.
