The section of culpable homicide was added to the case of Mir Raza after the initial postmortem report came, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
Earlier, the kidnapping case was registered at Firozabad police station; charge number 795/20 was registered under section 365 of the IPC.
According to police, Section 302 of culpable homicide was also included in the FIR.
The murder provisions in the case were made in the light of the initial report of the exhumation and postmortem.
A new investigation team will start a fresh investigation to investigate the murder of Mir Raza.
The new investigation team will re-interrogate the scene of the crime, the family members and other relevant persons, and the evidence will also be re-examined.
