Thief takes away Lahore judge’s two apples, hand wash

A first information report (FIR) was registered against a thief who stole two apples and a handwash from the chamber of Additional Sessions Judge Noor Mohammad Bismil in Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

After directives from the court, Reader Habibur Rehman approached the Islampura Police Station to lodge the FIR.

In the FIR, Habibur Rehman stated that he is performing his duty as a reader in the Additional and Session Court. He further alleged that “someone stole two apples and a handwash worth Rs1,000 from his chamber”.

He said that the Judge ordered him to approach the relevant police station to file the FIR of the case. Islampura Police registered the FIR under Section 380.

Clash over burger

A clash erupted between buyers over the price of a burger in a shop in the Baghbanpura area of Lahore. 

The accused, who were equipped with sticks, tortured the owner of the shop, who was identified as Khurram Shehzad.

After the clash, about ten people attacked the shop and damaged the mirrors and shutters of the shop.

CCTV footage of the incident also surfaced. The owner of the shop filed an application for registration of the FIR of the incident, but the case was not filed.
