Good news for Karachi residents who were worried about the gas outages as the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) was slashed by Rs30 to Rs40 per kg, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The price of LPG has come down from Rs290 to Rs250 to Rs260 per kg.
Citizens were happy with the massive reduction in LPG price and demanded that the government should also provide relief to the people in other things like food commodities.
A citizen said the gas supply should also be ensured before the start of Ramazan next month.
