A man was arrested in Attock district for forcefully arranging marriage of her 13-year-old step daughter with a 60-year-old man, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
According to police the incident took place in Khajwani village in Tehsil Hazro. Police arrested step father, brothers and other facilitators while Nikhah Khawan escaped from the scene.
Police said further investigation were underway.
