The device holders in Khairpur Nathan Shah have been involved in deducting Rs500 to Rs2,000 from the monthly stipend people receive under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
In one such incident, a device holder deducted Rs500 from the monthly stipend of a woman.
He also hurled threats at the woman when asked about the deduction of the money.
24NewsHD TV channel obtained the footage of the incident.
People have expressed concerns over the deduction of money from the stipends that the people receive under the BISP.
They demanded that stern action should be taken against the people involved in the malpractice.
