Ustad Rasheed Ahmad Khan, a popular qawwal, a disciple of the late Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and a close associate of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, died of cardiac arrest in Faisalabad on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Rasheed was also elder brother of Ustad Rafiq.
Funeral prayers for the deceased will be offered at Rasoolnagar today at 2:00 in the afternoon.
