The ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has issued the Senate ticket to Advisor to the Prime Minister on Finance and Revenue Shaukat Tarin on Wednesday night.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, Shaukat Tarin will submit his nomination papers for the Senate elections in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) tomorrow (Thursday).

The channel report said that the financial advisor to the PM would contest the Senate elections from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on the PTI ticket.

The report further said that the PTI Secretary General Amir Kiyani issued the ticket.
